Five Tips for Building Confidence
Is your lack of confidence getting in the way of making your business a success. If you were more confident would it help your business to grow?
Check out these five tips for building confidence.
- Posture. Sit up straight. Make eye contact. Smile. Speak loud and firm. Oh and I forgot to mention in the video to have a firm handshake. Even if you’re not feeling confident, your posture will make you appear confident. Reminds me of that commercial, “Never let ’em see you sweat”.
- Practice, Practice Practice. The more you do something the easier it gets, therefore, you become more confident it doing it.
- Networking with People in Your Niche. Forming friendships with people that are in the business as you are can help you through problems and situations that arise where you might not know how to handle. Advice and support from those friends…priceless.
- Reach Outside Your Comfort Zone. Do this on a regular basis in order to build confidence. More good than bad comes from doing the uncomfortable.
- Exercising & Eating Healthy. What’s the point of any success if you have poor health? Find a way to incorporate it into your schedule at a minimum of three days a week. No, you don’t have to join a gym. I work out at home doing Beach Body workouts. PiYo is my current workout.
Work on these tips and soon they will become a part of your daily life and a part of who you are; a confident successful person.
