My Color Palette
“In Command” angel painting was created using Golden acrylic paints. In the video I explain why I moved from using craft paints to Golden paints.
Below is a list of Golden acrylic paint colors I use now for all of my paintings:
- Bone Black
- Paynes Gray
- Titanium White
- Titan Buff
- Raw Sienna
- Burnt Sienna
- Burnt Umber
- Raw Umber
- Hansa Yellow
- Pyrrole Rd
- Alizirin Crimson
- Cerulean Blue Chromium
- Phthalo Blue (Red Shade)
- Teal
- Cobalt Turquoise
With this color palette, I can create my angel paintings, my Whimsy Chick paintings as well as my Folk Art paintings. It’s a matter of mixing color.
I recommend you get piece of thick paper, like maybe watercolor paper, and mix colors and take notes. The more familiar you get with these colors the better painter you’ll become and the easier it will be to create you masterpieces!
