It’s been a long time since I’ve found an artist that excited me enough to create an artist spotlight but this morning I stumbled upon Alex Carter’s watercolor paintings. I was so taken by his colorful, light infused artwork that I just knew his work had to be shared with Gather Dream Create followers.
